Holder of PhD in Private Law (Commercial), a Master Degree in commercial and investment law from Cairo University and a Law Degree from Ain Shams University.

Specialized in Commercial Law, Criminal Laws related to economic activities including Money Laundering, Tax evasion and Financial crimes as well as Administrative laws.

Mr. Khaled Fawzi has acquired a long standing legal experience of 26 years through his involvements as an attorney and legal advisor for many Companies and Banks in both private and public sectors, as well as from participating in many workshops and seminars in different areas of financial and commercial practice, including commercial arbitration, Investment Funds, Insurance, Fiduciary legal transactions, in addition to contract drafting and implementation of taxation laws.

Throughout his long years of experience Mr. Fawzi was able to possess specialized expertise in banking, Bankruptcy, Insurance, financial exchange and commercial contracts including acquisitions, mergers and company formation.
