Holder of a Master degree in Private Law from Alshark Al Arabi University (2017), a Higher Diploma in Criminal Science from the Higher Judicial Institute at Imam Mohamd bin Saoud University (2014) and Law Degree from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at King Saud University (2012).
Mr. Bandar Bin Dael is well experienced in specific areas of the law, acquired from his work as member of the Attorney General’s Office (2013-2015),and as a legal advisor for the Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Trade since November 2017, after 3 years of work as in house legal Advisor in the banking sector.
Mr. Bandar Bin Dael is well acquainted with Shariah and legal laws and regulations including judicial procedures, pleadings before courts and quasi-judicial authorities and committees. He is familiar with corporate law especially advising on Board and General Assemblies decisions and resolutions, drafting and advising on contracts and company formation and trademarks registrations.
Mr. Bandar Bin Dael is also well positioned to provide sound advice in various financial and Administrative areas of the Law acquired from previous experience in the Banking sector.
